AutoSanctions

Sanctions compliance infrastructure for autonomous agents

The ComplianceShield forPrivate Aviation., Luxury Real Estate., Superyachts., Web3 Finance.

A raw API and native MCP server that lets AI agents query the US Treasury OFAC SDN list. No accounts, no keys, no invoices — the agent pays 0.05 USDC on Base, submits the transaction hash, and receives the record.

Verticals

Agents operating in high-value, cross-border verticals query the same public list, at the same price, with the same on-chain receipt. Built for operators in the UAE, APAC and the United States.

02Protocol

Payment is the API key. Every query settles on-chain before a single record leaves the database.

AutoSanctions implements the HTTP 402 Payment Required pattern for machine clients. No sign-up, no Stripe, no rate-limit tiers — just a cryptographic receipt per request.

  1. 01

    Agent pays the toll

The agent transfers 0.05 USDC to the Master Vault on Base. Settlement takes one block — roughly two seconds.

    usdc.transfer(vault, 50000)
  2. 02

    Agent submits the hash

The resulting transaction hash is sent alongside the entity name. The hash is the credential. There is no account.

    { entity_name, transaction_hash }
  3. 03

    Receipt verified, data released

We read the receipt directly from Base, confirm the USDC Transfer log to the vault, burn the hash, then return raw SDN records.

Transfers sent on any other network, in any other token, or below 0.05 USDC are not recognised and cannot be refunded. A hash that has already unlocked a query returns 409 Conflict.

04MCP Server

Native to the agent. Claude calls AutoSanctions the way it calls any other tool.

Built on @modelcontextprotocol/sdk. Install once, and every Model Context Protocol client on the machine can query the sanctions list without bespoke HTTP glue.

A

Build the server

The MCP server is a thin stdio bridge to the REST endpoint. It holds no keys and no funds.

terminal
1cd mcp-server
2npm install
3npm run build # emits build/index.js (stdio transport)
B

Register it with your agent

macOS: ~/Library/Application Support/Claude/ · Windows: %APPDATA%\Claude\

C

The agent discovers one tool

Fund the agent's signer with USDC on Base. It pays, waits one block, then calls the tool with the hash.
